Will Fernholz, LSCSW
Will is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been providing therapy since 2011. Will got his bachelor's and master's in social work at the University of Kansas, and grew up in the Overland Park area. During his career, Will has worked in schools, hospitals, mental health centers, and in private practice, helping clients from all ages and backgrounds, especially children and adolescents. Will works from a unique therapeutic perspective that relies on relationships to be the centerpiece of change and healing. Will utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Attachment Theory, and education in neuroscience to provide an eclectic, yet specified approach to meetings. Will is young, but energetic and confident. Will's confidence in therapy not only comes from his education, training, and experience as a therapist, but also his personal journey that has shown time and time again how important the maintenance of life's connections are.
